How children learn safety →UuLApp is a free verification and communication protocol for minors. A child does not prove their age by typing a birthday into a form. Their school certifies that they are a real student and assigns a verified UuLApp identity. Participating games, social networks, websites and digital services then use that ID to keep adult users out of child-only interaction spaces and to connect minors only with permitted age groups.

UuLApp is not meant to feel cold or technical. It should speak to children, families, schools and institutions at the same time.



Most age gates begin with a self-declared date of birth. An adult can claim to be 12; a child can claim to be 18. UuLApp changes the source of trust. The school — an institution that already knows the student — verifies the minor. The result is a child credential that participating services can trust without turning UuLApp into a social network, game or content platform.
An adult cannot obtain a valid child credential by simply creating a new account or entering a false birthday.
Services can route communication, matchmaking and discovery by verified age band, school year or other approved child-safety rules.
The same verified status can be recognised by participating games, social networks, educational services and websites instead of rebuilding weak age checks each time.
The protocol becomes useful only when a service adopts its rules. A participating company must recognise the UuLApp child credential and implement the controls required for that child’s age group.

UuLApp invites social networks, game developers, digital platforms, technology companies, schools, education authorities, child-protection bodies, NGOs and governments to evaluate and adopt one common rule: when a service treats a user as a child, that child status should come from a trusted school verification — not from a self-declared birthday.
Every new adopter makes it possible for more children to use existing digital services without being placed into anonymous mixed-age interaction.
In UuLApp, every account that is treated as a verified minor must originate from a participating school. Within an UuLApp-enabled child-only interaction space, the objective is therefore to eliminate unverified adult-to-minor contact by design. Cybersecurity, device protection, bullying between minors, content risks and implementation quality still require their own safeguards.
Once children are school-verified and families and schools are connected through defined roles, UuLApp can gradually add services through partnerships with educational institutions, public authorities, NGOs and specialist organisations.
